Operire Bespoke was founded on a straightforward belief: every man deserves a suit shaped by his measurements, his life and his taste. Not a suit pulled from a rail and altered at the hem. A suit that begins and ends with you.
We bring the experience directly to you. A private consultation at home or work, premium fabric samples in hand, undivided attention, and the time to get it right. Our suits are made by skilled craftsmen and finished and fitted personally in the UK.
Founded by Carl Gibbs, a British Army veteran. Precision, standards and getting things right are part of the work. No shortcuts. No suits that are almost right.

A good wool suit improves with care and a little rest between wears.
Hang it on a broad wooden hanger, brush it gently after wearing and give the cloth time to recover. Air it out rather than dry-cleaning routinely; professional cleaning is best kept occasional. We’ll share simple aftercare guidance with your finished suit.

Choosing your first bespoke suit should feel straightforward. We’re here to help.
What happens at the in-person consultation?
We spend around 60–90 minutes discussing how you’ll wear your suit, looking through natural cloth samples and exploring the style. We take your measurements and talk through details such as lapels, lining, buttons, pockets and stitching. You can bring ideas, or let us guide you.
Am I committing to ordering a suit?
No. The consultation is an opportunity to explore the cloth, ask questions and decide what suits you. There’s no obligation to order and no pressure to make a decision on the spot.
Where can we meet?
We come to your home or workplace across the Thames Valley and Chilterns, including Beaconsfield, Marlow and Henley. London is also accessible. Let us know your town when booking and we’ll arrange the location together.
How much will my suit cost?
Your quote depends on your chosen cloth and specification. Tell us the budget you have in mind so we can discuss suitable options and confirm the price before you commit.
When should I enquire for a wedding or event?
Allow 6–8 weeks from consultation to delivery. Book early and share your event date so we can discuss timing and leave room for the final fitting and any adjustments.
What if the fit needs adjusting?
We deliver and fit the suit personally, then arrange any adjustments needed. We’ll also explain how to care for your cloth so it wears well for years to come.
